Dr. Lee has been the recipient of over 900 awards. To name a few, in 1996 Dr. Henry Lee received the Medal of Justice from the Justice Foundation, and the 1998 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Science and Engineer Association. He has also been the recipient of the Distinguished Criminalist Award from the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, the J. Donero Award from the International Association of Identification, and in 1992 was elected a distinguished Fellow of the AAFS. ACFE Lifetime Achievement Award, American College of Forensic Examiner, in 2000, Medal of Honor by Ellis Island Foundation in 2004, Congressional Recognition for Outstanding services by US Congress in 2004, Presidential Medal of Honor, by Croatia President in 2005, of Medal of Service, , Ministry of Interior, Taiwan, ROC, 2006, Gusi Peace Award from Philippines in 2008. Has served on national and international committees in forensic science, criminal justice, education, training, etc. Also has served as a Ph.D. thesis referee and graduate degree advisor, program evaluator, proposal reviewer, and laboratory inspector for many agencies and professional organizations. Dr. Henry Lee has assisted law enforcement agencies and investigated more than 8000 criminal cases in 46 countries and He has testified over 1000 times in both criminal and civil courts both in USA and other countries. He has conducted and instructed over 800 workshops and seminars the world wide and served as a consultant for over 900 international, national, and local agencies. His well-known cases include such as the Kennedy Assassination, wood chipper murder, the William Kennedy Smith case, O. J. Simpson case, Jon Benet Ramsey case, the Johnson series killer investigation, the White House Counsel Vincent Forster’s death case, Elizabeth Smart kidnapping case, Taiwan Chen Sui Bain shooting case, and much more.
